At around 11.30am on Friday 12 July 2024, a man on a bicycle arrived at the front door of a liquor store on Railway Parade in Bassendean and dropped his bicycle in the doorway preventing the doors from closing. The man walked up to the locked spirits cabinet and kicked in the Perspex doors, and grabbed two bottles of brandy and two bottles of whiskey before running out of the store leaving his bicycle behind.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 20 to 25 years of age with black curly hair and a thin moustache. He was wearing a blue hooded puffer jacket, blue track pants with black sneakers.
