CONVICTED OF: Criminal Damage by Fire 

JURISDITION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY SEEKING INFORMATION:  Western Australia and the Western Australia Police Force 

This person is wanted on a Return to Prison warrant as part of Operation Conroy.  

Damien Patrick HOWARD was convicted of criminal damage offences in Western Australia in 2004 and sentenced to 24 months imprisonment after deliberately setting a house alight in Kalgoorlie in 2002. He was later released on parole and breached his parole conditions in 2005.  

Mr HOWARD was born in Newcastle, NSW and arrived in Western Australia in 2002. He has links to NSW, Tasmania and South Australia with his last known address in Tasmania.

Mr HOWARD has eluded capture for many years and currently owes the state of Western Australia 105 days on a Return to Prison Warrant.  

In 2024, the Rapid Apprehension Squad is still seeking information as to his whereabouts so that he can be returned to prison to serve out his remaining sentence.
