At around 12.30pm on Sunday 12 May 2024, the elderly victim stood up to board a bus arriving at a bus stop on Hutton Street in Osborne Park. As the victim approached the open door to the bus, a man ran into the victim striking the victim with his left shoulder knocking the victim to the ground before entering the bus. While passengers on the bus exited the bus to assist the victim who suffered grazes to his leg, the man exited the bus and disappeared.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 20 to 30 years of age with short dark brown hair. He was wearing a dark coloured jacket over a t-shirt with black pants and black sneakers.
