NAME: Ardil KHAN

CONVICTED OF: Possession of a Prohibited Drug with Intent to Sell or Supply

JURISDITION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY SEEKING INFORMATION:  Western Australia and the Western Australia Police Force

This person is wanted on a Return to Prison warrant as part of Operation Conroy.

Ardil KHAN was convicted of various drug and firearm offences in 2020 and sentenced to 72 months imprisonment for his role in an alleged criminal syndicate operating out of Western Australia. Mr KHAN was also declared a drug trafficker. He was released on parole in 2022 and breached his parole conditions shortly after.

Mr KHAN was born in Perth, Western Australia where he still has family members.  Police believe Mr KHAN is currently residing offshore in an unknown country.

Mr KHAN currently owes the state of Western Australia 348 days on a Return to Prison Warrant.

In 2024, the Rapid Apprehension Squad is still seeking information as to his whereabouts so that he can be returned to prison to serve out his remaining sentence.
