This person is wanted on a Return to Prison warrant as part of Operation Conroy.

Paul Peter FARRELLY was convicted of several Steal Motor Vehicle offences in Western Australia in 2010 and sentenced to 9 months imprisonment. He was later released on parole and failed to comply with his parole conditions.

Mr FARRELLY was born in Dublin, Ireland and immigrated to Australia in April 2009, arriving in Western Australia a few months later. His last known address was in Glendalough, Western Australia however police believe he may be in Victoria. Mr FARRELLY goes by the nickname of ‘Phantom’.

Mr FARRELLY has eluded capture for many years and currently owes the state of Western Australia 113 days on a Return to Prison Warrant.

In 2024, the Rapid Apprehension Squad is still seeking information as to his whereabouts so that he can be returned to prison to serve out his remaining sentence.
