At around 2.10pm and again at around 8.00pm on Thursday 29 August 2024, the same man entered a service station store on Peony Boulevard in Yanchep. On each occasion the man helped himself to drinks and snacks before leaving the store making no attempt to pay for the items. On Sunday 01 September 2024 the man returned and took some hot food items from inside the store without making payment.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 30 to 35 years of age with tattoos visible on both hands. On each occasion he was wearing a hooded jacket, dark coloured pants, black joggers and hair coverings. On the one occasion he had a dog on a lead with him.
