At around 1.50pm on Monday 27 May 2024, a staff member checked the pair’s carry bags of a man and woman exiting a supermarket store on Station Street in Subiaco without locating any unpaid items. A few minutes after they both had left, the man returned to the store and made serious threats to harm the staff member who had conducted the bag search before walking away. Since this incident the same man has made threats to other staff members.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 45 to 55 years of age with a mullet style haircut and thin moustache. He was wearing a navy blue hooded jumper, dark coloured pants, white sneakers, black cap and carried a black backpack.
